Overview

This role supports all client needs including discussions and activities, monitoring and executing tasks required to fulfill the client service plan, and managing day-to-day inquiries. The position involves initiating and monitoring account openings and asset transfers, handling client inquiries, and coordinating with specialists and service centers to deliver an integrated service experience.

Responsibilities
  • Supports and facilitates personal and non-personal client requests related to banking, credit, and investment products, achieving Private Bank client experience standards.
  • Partners with the team to coordinate with specialists (trust, family office, investments, custody) and centralized service centers to deliver integrated service and resolve client issues promptly.
  • Adheres to Private Bank and Enterprise risk framework, complies with regulatory and legal requirements, assists with Private Bank client management process, and services accounts and portfolios.
  • Provides administrative and analytical support to Portfolio Manager(s).
  • Supports activities such as investment action plans, new account reviews, and proactive account Reg. 9 review.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with a financial institution focusing on client service and sales.
  • High net worth client service and sales experience desired.
  • BS/BA degree in Business, Finance or Economics desired.

Education

Minimum Education Requirement:
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Hours Per Week: 40

Compensation & Benefits

Pay range: $28.52 – $40.29 per hour, based on experience, education, and skill set.

Eligible for an annual discretionary incentive plan.
