Corporate Controller

The Controller serves as the financial strategist and operational steward of a Promotional Marketing Agency. This executive oversees all aspects of financial leadership, including accounting oversight, cash flow management, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and strategic growth. Working closely with the COO, this role ensures financial stability, operational efficiency, and long-term profitability.

This is a full-time, on-site Financial Controller role in Melville, NY. The Financial Controller will lead the organization's financial operations, including managing financial reporting, overseeing the preparation of financial statements, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Daily responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, developing budgets, creating detailed reports, and coordinating with other departments on financial planning and decision‑making. The role also involves conducting detailed financial analysis to support critical business decisions and driving efficiency in financial processes.

• Salary range will be dependent on experience and qualifications. $125,000 - $150,000 plus benefits
