Connect One Bank is seeking a Senior Credit Analyst to evaluate commercial and CRE loan requests, assess borrower creditworthiness, and support sound portfolio growth. You will perform detailed financial statement and cash-flow analysis, develop risk ratings, prepare clear credit memos, and recommend loan structures in line with policy and regulatory standards. Partner closely with relationship managers and credit officers, monitor portfolio performance, identify emerging risks, and support renewals and annual reviews.
