Clinical Chaperone-Phlebotomist

• Assisting Physicians with Procedures:
  Support physicians during infertility treatment procedures such as:
  • IUIs (Intrauterine Inseminations)
  • Ultrasounds (stim, pregnancy, 3D)
  • Saline sonograms
  • Post‑operative care and physical exams
  • Cyst or fluid aspiration
  • Phlebotomy (if certified)
• Anticipating physician needs and helping them stay on schedule.
• Accurately documenting procedures and patient interactions.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment by following all procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Calling for assistance from healthcare support personnel when needed.

We welcome entry‑level applicants who possess the following skills and abilities:

• Phlebotomy certification (preferred).
• Computer proficiency – ability to access, input, and retrieve patient information.
• Strong teamwork skills – collaborate effectively and promote team spirit.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – engage with both patients and colleagues professionally.
• Problem‑solving abilities – handle interpersonal situations with tact and avoid unnecessary conflict.
• Adaptability – work well with individuals from diverse backgrounds and personalities.
