Medicaid Community Outreach Specialist

White Glove Consulting is seeking a motivated Medicaid Community Outreach Specialist to support our growing team. This role focuses on developing relationships within the community and identifying individuals and families who may benefit from Medicaid eligibility assistance.

The position involves outreach to healthcare providers, community organizations, and social service agencies throughout New York City. The ideal candidate is highly organized, personable, and comfortable building professional relationships in a community‑based setting.

• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and referral partners
• Identify individuals and families who may benefit from Medicaid eligibility assistance
• Develop new outreach opportunities across Nassau and Suffolk County
• Coordinate referrals with our internal intake team
• Maintain accurate records of referral sources and outreach activity
• Represent White Glove Consulting professionally within the community

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in healthcare, social services, community outreach, or marketing preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage outreach activities across multiple locations
• Organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented
