Role OverviewThe Prism
HR / HRIS Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization’s HRIS ecosystem, with Prism
HR as the core platform. This role ensures accuracy, reliability, and security of employee, payroll, benefits, and compliance data while supporting internal teams and external clients with system expertise and operational guidance.
In this role, you will act as the primary subject matter expert for Prism
HR, partnering closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and Technology teams to translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable system solutions. You will manage system enhancements, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve data integrity, operational efficiency, and overall user experience.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical aptitude with a deep understanding of HR and payroll processes, exceptional attention to detail, and a client‑focused mindset. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that HR systems not only function effectively day‑to‑day but also evolve to support organizational growth and future needs.
Key Responsibilities- Support internal team members in the delivery of HR functions to our clients.
- Support clients with training or education when required.
- Identify opportunities for automation within our HRIS Platform.
- Liaise with our HRIS vendor on system implementation & supporting User Acceptance testing.
- Drive regular reviews and support implementation of HR system upgrades or patches when required.
- Evaluate and implement tools to help maintain data integrity.
- Provide reports in support of both internal employees and clients.
- Stay updated on trends in HRIS.
- Participate in and/or lead projects focused on continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Resources Management, or Business Administration preferred.
- Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
- Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product – Prism
HR strongly preferred.
This role is Hybrid working – 3 days in the office.
Salary range is based on experience up to $90K.
