HR acts as a link between the employees and the higher management of our organization. Therefore, the candidate needs to be patient and considerate to the other employees. The HR intern should be able to support other HR colleagues in delivering high-quality, customer-focused HR service. The responsibilities will include providing effective and timely support to HR colleagues and employees across the broader organization, taking ownership of day-to-day administrative tasks, and remaining flexible and responsive to additional requests.

The HR Intern is expected to:
- Update internal databases with new employee data.
- Collect payroll information, bank accounts, and other financial information.
- Assist in updating job boards, screening forms, and handling applicants' resumes.
- Coordinate with prospective employees and schedule interviews.
- Create reports on HR processes when needed.
- Address any issues of workers when needed.
- Review and distribute company strategies through notice boards, brochures, email, and posts on social networks/forums/company websites.
- Assist the HR team in organizing any PR or special events.
- Payroll management responsibilities.
- Booking training courses for employees and administration
- Maintain a well-organized and efficient central system for employee files.
- Must be enrolled in a University degree program in HR or related field similar field.
- Sophomore level student or higher
- Experience in HRM or a previous internship role preferred. Experience working in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking, and delivering deadlines.
- Ability to work independently.
- Skilled in HR software, MS Office, database systems, HRIS, and ATS.
- Understanding job boards, updating job descriptions, contact details, and other employee information.
- Strong work ethic.
- Basic understanding of occupational safety and health, Anti-discrimination law, and National Labor Relations Act labor legislation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of data and act with integrity.
- An understanding of equality of opportunity.
