Position Overview

LTE Care Plus is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiter to support high-volume hiring initiatives in Melville, NY. This full‑time, on‑site role is responsible for managing end‑to‑end recruitment while ensuring a strong candidate experience and alignment with organizational and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full‑cycle recruitment for field-based and licensed roles, including Behavior Technicians and clinical positions.
  • Execute high-volume sourcing through job boards, referrals, social media, and community outreach.
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and role fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clinical leadership.
  • Maintain an active and organized pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and staffing priorities.
  • Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate reporting within ATS platforms.
  • Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support onboarding coordination from offer acceptance through start date.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and ensure documentation accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Experience recruiting for healthcare, ABA, behavior technicians, or licensed clinical roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and strong documentation practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
  • Experience in mass hiring or high-volume recruitment environments is a plus.
  • Experience working in a community-focused or culturally specific organization preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
