Our client in the Industrial & Manufacturing space is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their team.

Melville, NY (Onsite 5 Days a Week)
Seeking an IT professional to provide high-quality end-user support across our corporate and operational environments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys solving problems independently, and can deliver white-glove support to executive-level users. The PC Support Specialist will take ownership of issues from start to resolution, manage incidents through Service Now, and contribute to the reliability and security of our Microsoft-centric environment.
CoreResponsibilities
- Provide hands‑on technical support for end users, including C-level and executive staff, ensuring timely and professional resolution of IT issues.
- Manage, maintain, and support endpoint devices through Microsoft Intune, including device provisioning, compliance, and policy management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Work within Service Now (or similar ticketing systems) to manage incidents, requests, and tasks while meeting defined SLAs.
- Collaborate with IT teams to support ongoing infrastructure projects, technology rollouts, and system upgrades.
- Maintain clear documentation and contribute to process improvement initiatives within the IT support function.
- 3–7 years of experience in IT support or desktop engineering roles.
- Proven experience supporting senior leadership or executive‑level personnel.
- Hands‑on experience managing and supporting Microsoft Intune environments.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 administration and end‑user support.
- Familiarity with Service Now or similar ITSM platforms preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune is a bonus.
- Excellent communication skills, customer focus, and a solutions‑driven mindset.
- Associate degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.
