Cap Front Funding is a fast-growing business funding brokerage serving clients who cannot access traditional bank loans. We work with 80–100 lending partners across term loans, merchant cash advances, lines of credit, and SBA loans.

Salesforce is the operational backbone of our company — driving lead intake, sales execution, underwriting workflows, commissions, and reporting. We also operate internal credit and underwriting tools and maintain a significant amount of historical deal data. As we scale our marketplace and lending capabilities, we are building our first internal technology and systems function to bring ownership, operational discipline, and intelligent automation in-house.

The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Salesforce & Systems Manager to serve as our first internal technical leader and the operational owner of Salesforce and core business systems.

This is a senior, hands‑on, operationally minded role. Your responsibility is to ensure that Salesforce, integrations, reporting, and AI‑driven tools actively optimize how work moves through the organization — from lead intake and sales execution to underwriting, lender placement, funding, and commissions.

You will work directly with executive leadership, sales management, and operations to identify inefficiencies, design scalable workflows, and leverage data to improve revenue performance and decision‑making. We partner with an external MSP (Xtium) for cybersecurity and IT support — you will own system design, automation, integrations, reporting, and intelligent process improvement.

What You’ll Own Workflow & Operational Optimization
  • Improve end‑to‑end workflows across lead routing, sales execution, underwriting, lender placement, and commissions
  • Identify bottlenecks and eliminate manual friction
  • Design systems that reinforce accountability, speed, and measurable outcomes
  • Full ownership of Salesforce configuration and automation (Flows, validation rules, permissions, layouts)
  • Manage deployments, sandboxes, governance, and data integrity
  • Administer Salesforce Shield and ensure system reliability
Development, Integrations & Automation
  • Build custom solutions using Apex and APIs where needed
  • Own and enhance integrations (Dialpad, Slack, Zapier, commission systems, lender tools)
  • Design reliable sync patterns with clear error visibility
Reporting, Data & AI Enablement
  • Develop dashboards and reporting focused on leading performance indicators
  • Improve speed‑to‑lead, activity consistency, pipeline conversion, and funding visibility
  • Evaluate and implement AI/LLM tools to boost sales KPIs, operational efficiency, and underwriting/lender matching capabilities
  • Leverage historical data to improve decision systems and scalability
Systems Ownership & IT Partnership
  • Serve as internal owner of business systems
  • Partner with MSP on access control, onboarding/offboarding standards, and governance
  • Act as escalation point for cross‑system workflow issues

  • You are viewed as an operational partner — not just a technical resource
What We’re Looking For Required
  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience with ownership of a production org
  • 2+ years in a senior, lead, or managerial capacity
  • Advanced Flow expertise and strong Apex/API experience
  • Demonstrated experience implementing AI/LLM tools in business environments
  • Strong reporting and dashboard design skills
  • Operational mindset — you think in workflows, throughput, and KPIs
  • Clear communicator who can translate business goals into scalable system solutions
  • Bias toward action and continuous improvement
Strongly Preferred
  • Revenue Operations or Sales Operations experience
  • Financial services, lending, underwriting, or commission‑based sales environments
  • Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) experience
  • Experience working alongside managed service providers
Certifications

At least one of:

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

Additional advanced Salesforce certifications are a plus.
