Our client in the Industrial & Manufacturing space is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their team.

Seeking an IT professional to provide high-quality end‑user support across our corporate and operational environments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced setting, enjoys solving problems independently, and can deliver white‑glove support to executive‑level users. The PC Support Specialist will take ownership of issues from start to resolution, manage incidents through Service Now, and contribute to the reliability and security of our Microsoft‑centric environment.
CoreResponsibilities
- Provide hands‑on technical support for end users, including C‑level and executive staff, ensuring timely and professional resolution of IT issues.
- Manage, maintain, and support endpoint devices through Microsoft Intune, including device provisioning, compliance, and policy management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Work within Service Now (or similar ticketing systems) to manage incidents, requests, and tasks while meeting defined SLAs.
- Collaborate with IT teams to support ongoing infrastructure projects, technology rollouts, and system upgrades.
- Maintain clear documentation and contribute to process improvement initiatives within the IT support function.
- 3–7 years of experience in IT support or desktop engineering roles.
- Proven experience supporting senior leadership or executive‑level personnel.
- Hands‑on experience managing and supporting Microsoft Intune environments.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 administration and end‑user support.
- Familiarity with Service Now or similar ITSM platforms preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune is a bonus.
- Excellent communication skills, customer focus, and a solutions‑driven mindset.
- Associate degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.
