About the Role

The Program Manager Analyst supports the Program Management Office (PMO) for the Kraken Transformation Program by providing day to day coordination, analysis and reporting. This role enables effective program execution through accurate tracking of plans, risks, dependencies, and deliverables, while supporting governance routines and stakeholder communications.

What You'll Do

* Support the maintenance of integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies across work streams.

* Track progress against scope, schedule, and key deliverables; highlight variances and emerging risks to PMO leadership.

* Assist with preparation of program status reporting, dashboards, and materials for governance forums and leadership updates.

* Capture meeting notes, actions, decisions, and follow ups; ensure timely tracking and closure.

* Maintain program documentation, artifacts, and repositories in line with PMO standards.

* Support risk, issue, and dependency logging, including escalation tracking and mitigation follow up.

* Coordinate inputs across business, technology, and vendor teams to support planning and readiness activities.

* Assist with tool administration and data hygiene (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, SharePoint).

* Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve reporting, processes, and PMO ways of working.

What You'll Need

* 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, business analysis, or a related role

* Strong planning, governance, and execution management across multiple teams

* Proven experience managing risks, issues, and dependencies

* Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to create executive-ready materials

* Proficiency with delivery tools (e.g., Jira/Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, Excel/PowerPoint, SharePoint)

DNY: $86,000-$101,000

MA: $81,000-$95,000

UNY: $72,000-$84,00
