Job DetailsThe Dispatcher Position Is Critical To The Efficient Assignment Of Resources To The Customers And Clients Served By The Company. Employees In This Position Will Perform The Following
- Take a status report from the previous dispatcher
- Log on to Rescue Net
- Sign into the Dispatch Log
- Review Crew scheduler for the scheduled units to plan the work flow for the shift
- Provide accurate ETA’s to the Call Takers for emergency calls
- Monitor the board and update on a regular basis
- Log any incidents to the Dispatch Log
- Report any unusual incidents to the management team
- Speak and understand the English Language
- Properly operate the computer and the software suite provided by the company
- Properly operate the phone and other communications system provided
- Speak to clients, customers and colleagues in a professional manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
- HS Diploma or GED Equivalent required
USD $20.00 - USD $28.87 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and position location. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
