Senior Project Manager, Digital Transformation

** Description*
* The Senior Project Manager - Digital Transformation leads strategic initiatives focused on digitizing and modernizing manufacturing, packaging, and supply chain operations. This role is responsible for delivering global digital programs and driving scalable technology adoption across multiple manufacturing and packaging sites. The role will also play a key part in advancing IT-OT integration and convergence to enable connected, data-driven operations.

Note that this role can be based out of any global ELC site.

-    Lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation programs across global manufacturing sites.

-    Manage full project lifecycle including business case, requirements, execution, validation, and deployment.

-    Support MES and E  transformation roadmap execution across the globe.

-    Identify use cases that improve decision-making, execution speed, productivity, and operational effectiveness through agentic AI. Serve as a translator between business functions and IT / data analytics team to implement impactful solutions.

-    Contribute to digital initiatives in packaging, including process digitization, data enablement, automation readiness, and scalable deployment models.

-    Drive transition from paper-based processes to digital execution platforms.

-    Partner with Operations, Quality, IT, Engineering, and Finance stakeholders to drive digital transformation agenda.

-    Drive IT-OT integration and convergence by aligning operational technology, enterprise systems, data architecture, cybersecurity considerations, and site readiness.

-    Lead governance forums and executive updates.

-    Manage project budgets, Cap Ex, and ROI tracking.

-    Ensure compliance with GxP and validation requirements.

Drive adoption, training, and scalable deployment models across sites.

** Qualifications*
* + Experience leading digital transformation initiatives (MES/E /Digital Twin, etc.)

+ Familiarity with agentic AI concepts, digital assistants, automation workflows, or applied AI use cases in business or operations

+ Exposure to packaging operations, packaging engineering, or digital initiatives supporting packaging processes preferred

+ Understanding of IT-OT integration, industrial systems, data connectivity, and connected factory architecture preferred

+ Experience managing multi-million-dollar Cap Ex projects

+ Understanding of GxP, validation, and quality environments

+ Strong cross-functional and global leadership experience
