Operating in a lean, high performance team, the individual will be responsible for administering systems, implementing solutions, and providing technical support across multiple platforms.

This position requires a flexible, self-directed professional who is comfortable wearing multiple hats, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing competing priorities. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong critical-thinking skills and the ability to resolve complex issues requiring specialized knowledge.

Qualifications and Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in an Information Technology role supporting a cross-functional team in a B2B environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and critical-thinking skills
• High level of attention to detail and documentation discipline
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Salesforce, Microsoft, and/or security certifications a plus
