Senior Cloud Network Engineer

Requirements

• We require 8+ years of professional experience in network engineering, cloud networking, or infrastructure engineering.
• We need extensive hands‑on expertise with AWS, including EC2 and core networking services.
• We expect a strong grasp of cloud security principles and network protection approaches.
• We require deep experience with firewalls, routing, VPN technologies, and network security controls.
• We need advanced knowledge of networking protocols, IP addressing, subnetting, and troubleshooting techniques.
• We expect experience designing and supporting large‑scale, production cloud environments.
• We require strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.
• We prefer AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect, Advanced Networking Specialty, or an equivalent credential.
• We prefer experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Cloud Formation.
• We prefer experience with automation and scripting using Python, Bash, or similar tools.
• We prefer experience with hybrid cloud architectures and enterprise security frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• We design, deploy, and manage AWS networking solutions, including VPCs, subnets, routing tables, VPNs, Direct Connect, load balancers, and security groups.
• We manage and fine‑tune EC2 networking, connectivity, and performance.
• We configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise firewalls, including rule administration, security policies, and network segmentation.
• We implement and support networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, IPsec, SSL/TLS, HTTP/HTTPS, and other core technologies.
• We build and support secure hybrid cloud environments that connect AWS with on‑premises infrastructure.
• We carry out advanced troubleshooting for latency, connectivity, routing, and security issues.
• We develop and maintain cloud network architecture documentation, standards, and best practices.
• We collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver dependable cloud solutions.
