Great opportunity to be on Long Island with a financial services firm. Maintains the firm’s IT infrastructure as described below and provides support to desktop support teams as needed.
Onsite - Role located in Melvile- o Microsoft Active Directory. Experience with Group Policy, DNS, Sites and Services, DHCP, Powershell
- o Server hardware configurations (specifically Cisco C-Series)
- o Hyper-V, and Microsoft System Center Virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM)
- o Exchange 2019 including DAG configurations
- o Microsoft SQL 2022 including AG configurations
- o VMWare ESXi, vCenter and vSAN configurations
- o Cisco Email Security Appliances
- · Experience with Microsoft Azure (IAAS and PAAS implementations)
- · Knowledge of backup processes and disaster recovery. Experience with Comm Vault Commcell backup solutions
- · Ability to proactively assess security updates across all products and implementations mentioned
- · Monitors system availability and performance
- · Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
