MSC Industrial Supply Co. in Melville, NY seeks an IT Desktop Support specialist to provide operational support for Desktop/Laptop and End-User devices, with 7x24 coverage for PC/Mobility end‑use devices and off-hours support for critical issues.
Associates degree in CS or equivalent required; minimum 3 years in desktop support, with Windows 10, O365, AD and VPN experience. Citrix/Netscaler is required;
Macintosh experience is a plus.
