Information Technology - Student Intern

H2M architects + engineers, a multi-discipline architectural, engineering, and environmental consulting firm with multiple offices in NY & NJ seeks qualified interns to work closely with experienced professionals in our Information Technology department.

• Support the IT team in desktop / network / software functions
• Perform general administrative and routine IT responsibilities
• Other duties as assigned.

• Enrolled as a sophomore or higher in a Information Technology or related field
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic knowledge of PC software and systems
• Eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work individually and collaboratively in a team.

• Program runs from June 7th – August 13th
• Ability to work on real life projects, go out into the field and build relationships with managers, co-workers and other interns
• Participate in fun and exciting workshops like resume writing, interviewing skills, benefits 101, Presentation Skills, etc.
• Celebrate National Intern Day!
• Top it off with presentations to your other fellow interns, managers and leadership team

• Build long lasting relationships with managers, co-workers and fellow interns
• Gain real life experience
• Learn how to promote yourself to apply for a full-time job after graduation

This internship may be offered on either a full-time or part-time basis, depending on business needs and candidate availability.

The hourly rate for this role is $19.25 to $27.00.
