Associate Position - Municipal Litigation

Join our team at Guercio & Guercio, LLP! We're looking for a full-time litigation attorney with 2 plus years experience to join our team working out of our Melville satellite office. In this role, you'll be focusing mainly on representing municipalities and school districts in civil litigation, especially civil rights cases. Our work covers a range of areas including employment, First Amendment, law enforcement, tort, contract, and land use litigation.

We also handle various litigation and corporate counseling matters for non-municipal clients. If you've got strong writing and research skills, we want to hear from you.
