Premier Pursuit is partnering with a growing and well-regarded regional firm in Melville to recruit a Litigation Associate to join its expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 1+ years of experience who enjoys being client-facing and wants real courtroom exposure. The firm offers a collaborative environment with strong support and — notably — no billable hour requirement.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle matters from inception through resolution
• Appear in court and manage hearings
• Communicate directly with clients and provide strategic guidance
• Draft motions, pleadings, and related litigation documents
• Work closely with internal team members to move cases efficiently

What They’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of litigation experience
• Admission to the New York Bar
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Comfortable in a client-facing role
• Interest in courtroom appearances and hands-on litigation experience

This role offers meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and consistent court exposure — without the pressure of billable hours.

The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $150,000, depending on experience.
