Build the future of manufacturing in a highly regulated, high-impact production environment. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a key role in the execution of cGMP-compliant manufacturing operations within a cleanroom setting. This overnight position offers the opportunity to work with both hands-on production processes and advanced automated equipment while supporting the safe, efficient, and compliant production of critical products.
You will work as part of a collaborative manufacturing team focused on operational excellence, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
In this role, you will support daily manufacturing activities, ensure production readiness, maintain equipment and work areas to the highest standards, and contribute to a culture of safety and compliance. Successful candidates will gain training and experience across a variety of manufacturing systems, material handling processes, and production support activities.
Overnight Role: 6:00 pm - 6:30 am /About 14 days a monthThis role includes a shift differential, paying +10% due to it being overnights
What you'll do- Perform manual and automated manufacturing operations in a cleanroom environment.
- Operate and assist with production equipment, including centrifuges, processing tanks, ultrafiltration systems, and CIP/COP systems.
- Weigh, prepare, and add materials and chemicals according to manufacturing procedures.
- Handle, transport, load, unload, and palletize materials and products.
- Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment following training and certification.
- Maintain production areas, equipment, supplies, and PPE in a state of readiness.
- Perform cleaning, recovery, and hazardous waste removal activities.
- Follow SOPs, cGMP requirements, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and production efficiency efforts.
- Complete all required training and assist with additional manufacturing duties as needed.
- High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
- Ability to work overnight shifts and overtime as needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic math skills with the ability to perform production-related calculations.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email.
- Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Adaptable and able to work across multiple departments.
