pAs a Production Supervisor, you will provide consistent leadership and operational excellence in manufacturing by overseeing the production activities of leads and operators in the department.

You’ll ensure all product is produced on time, meets or exceeds the company’s quality standards, and all work is performed in a safe, efficient manner.

Essential job functions and duties include, but are not limited to:

ul liOversee the planning, organization, and production of high-quality products within the department. liStaff, select, train, and motivate production leads and operators. liSupervise and direct the activities of the production team to meet operational goals. liWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams to proactively resolve production issues. liEnsure accurate and timely completion of all required documentation and paperwork.
liProvide training to department leads and operators on GMPs, SOPs, HACCP, internal controls, and best practices. liDrive production and quality-improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and yield. liEnsure compliance with company standards, quality requirements, and good manufacturing practices. liProactively identify and resolve issues related to people, products, processes, and equipment. liMaintain high levels of service to internal customers and ensure department commitments are met.
liMonitor safety programs, product quality metrics, and production efficiency to achieve departmental targets. /ul

Minimum Requirements /

Qualifications:

ul li4+ years of production supervision experience within a manufacturing environment. liKnowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and quality control systems. liStrong leadership, planning, and organizational skills. liProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. liKnowledge of ERP systems preferred liAbility to lift 50-60 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, and work in high-temperature environments. /ul What Vibrant Ingredients can offer you:  ul liGenerous time off for vacations liPaid Holidays li401(k) with company match liHealth & Wellness programs /ul pMore about us:
