Cap Front, a fast-growing financial services company helping business owners access smarter funding solutions, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to serve as a foundational hire and lead the build-out of our marketing department.

This is a fully on-site role based in Melville, Long Island for a hands-on marketing leader who wants to be embedded with sales, leadership, and operations while building a high-impact marketing engine from the ground up.

About the Role

As Cap Front's Senior Marketing Manager, you will own the entire marketing function—from lifecycle strategy and internal database monetization to media spend, partner optimization, and sales alignment. You'll work side‑by‑side with sales leadership and executive stakeholders, designing and executing customer journeys across New Sales and Renewal sales utilizing email, SMS, call scripts, and direct marketing channels.

You'll be joining a 50-person company with a ton of growth potential—real volume, real opportunity, and leaders who are ready to partner with you.

We've been in the industry for 10 years, so there's deep knowledge of what works here. What's been missing is dedicated marketing expertise to turn that experience into scalable strategy, modern execution, and repeatable processes. That's where you come in.

This role is intentionally on‑site to enable fast iteration, real‑time collaboration, and direct accountability for results. Over time, this position is expected to evolve into leading and scaling Cap Front's marketing department.

Who You Are

You're the person who gets frustrated when campaigns run on autopilot. You'd rather dig into the data, find what's broken, and fix it yourself than wait for someone else to figure it out.

What You'll Do
  • Lead Cap Front's end-to-end marketing strategy, execution, and performance
  • Build, manage, and optimize lifecycle marketing across new leads, active prospects, existing customers, and aged opportunities
  • Create and oversee email and SMS sequencing, mass campaigns, and direct marketing initiatives
  • Design robust customer journeys focused on conversion, retention, and reactivation
  • Analyze campaign, funnel, and cohort data to guide informed, ROI‑driven decisions
  • Work closely with lead providers and affiliate partners to optimize campaign performance
  • Manage and scale our paid media efforts. We currently invest in paid advertising but lack the dedicated resources to manage campaigns at the level needed to scale. If you can make them profitable, we'd love to grow it.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership across both our New Sales and Renewal sales teams to optimize lead distribution, routing, and follow‑up strategies. Both sides of the house have managers actively requesting dedicated marketing support—meaning you'll walk into real demand and have immediate impact across the organization.
  • Establish baseline department processes and functions, then scale the team by bringing on your first hire
  • Build scalable marketing processes, reporting, and systems
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all internal and external communications
What Success Looks Like

In your first 6‑12 months, you've:

  • Built repeatable email and SMS sequences that sales actually uses and sees results from
  • Established accurate, repeatable reporting across the full funnel so we finally know what's working
  • Scaled paid campaigns to the point where we've confidently increased the budget
  • Made your first hire and started building out the team
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years managing people or teams
  • Proven success leading marketing initiatives from strategy through execution
  • Strong experience with lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and customer journey design
  • Experience in digital marketing, SEO, and social media marketing
  • Hands‑on technical skills across email, SMS, and automation platforms, with the ability to strategize, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns including PPC
  • Strong analytical skills—this is critical for optimizing paid ads, email marketing, and SMS performance
  • Skills and experience using AI marketing tools
  • Data‑driven mindset with strong decision‑making abilities
  • Experience managing media spend and optimizing partner‑driven lead sources
  • Willingness to be both strategic and execution‑focused
  • Strong collaboration skills, particularly with sales and leadership
  • Ability to work on‑site in Melville, Long Island
  • Bonus:
    Salesforce or Hub Spot experience preferred

Compensation
  • $100,000 – $135,000 base salary + performance incentives
