** Qualifications & Education*** ## Active
** Registered Nurse (RN)
** license in good standing* ## Minimum
** 2 years of RN experience
** in a clinical setting* ## Demonstrated competency with:  + ## Feeding tubes  + ## Seizure management  + ## Diabetes care  + ## Cardiac conditions* ##
** At least 1 year of pediatric RN experience**, preferably in a home care or private duty setting (resume required)* ## Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and professionalism* ## Ability to work independently and adapt to changing assignments## ##
** Key Responsibilities*** ## Float between assigned schools and/or patients based on company needs* ## Provide one-on-one nursing care for individual students as required* ## Support school-sponsored activities, including:  + ## Field trips  + ## Organized school event days* ## Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with care plans, physician orders, and school policies* ## Assist with onboarding, training, and shadowing of RNs requesting first-visit support* ## Maintain accurate documentation and clear communication with families, schools, and internal teams* ## Uphold all safety, compliance, and professional standards* ## Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational needs## ##
