Center for Care Coordination Clinical Capacity DirectorPosition Overview
Directs patient flow, capacity management, and bed placement across Catholic Health entities while leading clinical teams and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration.
Requirements & Qualifications- Clinical
Experience:
5-7+ years in acute care with leadership in patient flow, bed placement, or capacity management. - Management
Experience:
Experience supervising and managing clinical teams. - Licensure &
Education:
Active RN license (required);
Master of Science in Nursing (preferred). - Core Competencies: Strong leadership, financial acumen, crisis management, cross-departmental collaboration, and analytical problem-solving.
- Travel: Ability to travel across Catholic Health facilities as needed.
- Ethics & Compliance: Comply with the CH Compliance Assurance Program, Standards of Conduct, and highest legal standards.
- Privacy & Security: Strictly follow HIPAA guidelines, patient privacy policies, and information security protocols.
- Mission & Values: Demonstrate CH values through excellence, collaboration, respect, innovation, community commitment, and accountability.
