** POSITION SUMMARY*
* + The increasing complexity of global ingredient and chemical regulations, coupled with ELC's ambition to develop more sustainable products across its portfolio, has created a need for scientific insights, data, and decision-support tools to guide ingredient selection and formulation strategies.

+ A key enabler is Green Score, ELC's proprietary real-time sustainability assessment tool for cosmetic formulations. Green Score provides a robust and systematic evaluation framework across three dimensions:
Human Health, Ecosystem Health, and Environmental Impact.

+ This role has two primary objectives:

** 1. Green Score Leadership and Development*
* 1. Lead the ongoing data management and enhancement of Green Score, including its underlying data architecture, methodologies, processes, and performance metrics.

2. Co-develop the next generation of Green Score as a techno-regulatory decision-support platform that identifies ingredient alternatives and provides forward-looking insights on emerging regulatory risks to support R&I formulation teams.

** 2. Ingredient Regulatory Intelligence and Risk Assessment*
* 1. Lead and contribute to the technical and regulatory evaluation of cosmetic ingredients, assessing potential impacts from emerging regulations, restrictions, and hazard classifications.
