Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and disciplined Business Development & Sales Associate to join our growing Veteran-owned financial brokerage firm. This individual will play a critical role in expanding our client base by identifying new business opportunities, managing structured prospecting initiatives, and strengthening our overall sales infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities- Identify and qualify prospective clients through targeted outreach and strategic lead generation
- Develop and manage organized prospecting campaigns and sales pipelines
- Conduct initial outreach (phone, email, Linked In, referrals) to initiate client relationships
- Execute and optimize structured sales funnels from lead generation through conversion
- Track and analyze pipeline metrics using Excel
- Provide leadership with insights and recommendations to improve sales processes and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with advisors and executives to align outreach efforts with firm growth objectives
- Self-starter with strong initiative and accountability
- Persistent and resilient within a sales environment
- Goal Oriented and driven
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data
