Job SummaryWe are hiring motivated recent college graduates to join our Consumer Direct Mortgage team.
No mortgage experience is required.
We will sponsor your licensing, train you from the ground up, and provide a steady flow of inbound leads.
You will learn how to guide borrowers through the mortgage process and build a high‑income career in financial services.
What You’ll Do- Work company‑provided inbound leads (no cold calling)
- Speak with prospective borrowers and assess their needs
- Learn and explain mortgage products in a simple way
- Guide clients through the loan application process
- Build and manage a pipeline of active borrowers
- Work closely with processors and underwriters to close loans
- Develop sales skills and consistently improve performance
- Recent college graduate or early‑career professional
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Competitive, goal‑oriented mindset
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast‑paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Interest in sales, finance, or real estate
- Full sponsorship for NMLS SAFE Test and licensing
