Provide customer service by following site-specific access control procedures, screening visitors, checking credentials, and supporting security-related protocols for a healthcare location;
Monitor entry and exit points, help to deter unauthorized access, and document visitor, vendor, and contractor activity in accordance with site policies;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, entrances, lobbies, and perimeter locations to help identify security-related concerns and report them promptly;
Support badge and key control processes, assist with directing staff and guests, and complete required reports related to access activity, incidents, and policy exceptions
