Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Rover

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and security-related policies at a commercial real estate location;
Respond to incidents, property concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or emergency responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter trespassing, loitering, and/or policy violations while maintaining a professional presence;
Support emergency response activities by assisting with evacuations, directing foot traffic, and reporting maintenance, lighting, and/or access control issues that could affect the location
