Concierge Security Officer
Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer. The role focuses on customer service and security in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, working on all shifts.
Location and Hours- Melville, NY
- Part‑time, Friday‑Sunday, 12 am–8 am, 24 hours weekly
- Competitive hourly wage of $19.50

- Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
- Manage access control
- Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Answer questions in person or by phone
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Successful completion of an extensive screening process
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient with basic phone and computer skills
- Security, military, or law‑enforcement experience preferred
- NYS security license
- Medical clearance required
Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
