As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and report observations promptly. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment.

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, maintain visitor and contractor entry records, and report unauthorized access concerns to appropriate site contacts.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and contacting emergency services or site leadership as needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and daily activity logs, documenting patrols, observations, access-related activity, and responses to security-related events.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
