You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in the job state and compliance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access‑control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established site procedures and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouse spaces, offices, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required by site policy, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Observe and report hazardous conditions, equipment concerns, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city‑issued Security Professional license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
