We are seeking a skilled and dependable Facilities Mechanic to join our maintenance team. The Facilities Mechanic is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing building systems and equipment to ensure a safe, efficient, and well‑maintained facility. This role requires a good mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform a variety of maintenance tasks across multiple trades.
Salary: $40,000 - $41,000 per year

6 AM – 3 PM
Education:
No Degree Required
- Perform preventative maintenance on building systems, machinery, and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility‑related systems.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
- Maintain and repair pumps, motors, compressors, conveyors, and related equipment.
- Install, replace, and adjust facility components as needed.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors when necessary.
- Support facility improvement projects and equipment upgrades.
