Facility Maintenance for Commercial Property
We are seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance worker to service our busy commercial building.
Requirements- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Experience in electrical, carpentry, and plumbing trades.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Proficient in reading and writing English; bilingual is a plus.
- General knowledge of construction and experience with sheetrock, taping and spackling, painting, wall repairs, ballast replacement, lighting fixtures, plumbing repair, lock setting, and door hardware.
- Experience in repair/replacement of plumbing fixtures, including sinks, faucets, toilets, and urinals.
