About the RoleA client of Sergeant Talent Partners is seeking a Forklift Mechanic to support its material handling and equipment operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining forklifts and other material handling equipment to keep operations running safely and efficiently. You'll diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and equipment issues, perform preventative maintenance, complete repairs, and respond to equipment breakdowns as needed.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills who enjoys working hands on, solving equipment problems, and working independently. Candidates with backgrounds in forklift repair, heavy equipment maintenance, automotive or diesel repair, industrial maintenance, or military mechanical maintenance could be a strong fit.
