Job Description & How to Apply Below
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair overhead/roll-up doors, gates, dock levelers, dock plates, and restraints
. - Perform preventive maintenance
, inspections, lubrication, and equipment repairs. - Replace motors, bearings, shafts, sheaves, and related components.
- Manage work orders through CMMS and maintain safety/code compliance.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and recommend improvements.
- Follow LOTO, PPE, and safety procedures
; work at heights using lifts/ladders.
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in industrial mechanical, HVAC, machine repair, or automotive trades.
- Ability to work at heights up to 30+ feet
. - Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.
- Valid driver's license may be required.
- Experience with CMMS/Maximo
. - Knowledge of hand/power tools, electrical meters, refrigeration equipment, and shop equipment.
