Customer Service Representative

Location: Melvindale, MI 48122 (100% Onsite)

Pay Rate: $17.00/hr

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:15am–5:00pm, occasional OT

Duration: Temp-to-Hire

Start Date: Immediately

Join our friendly team in Melvindale! We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle high-volume incoming/outgoing calls, emails, and text messages. You’ll assist customers, follow up thoroughly, and enter orders/data all day.

• Answer and place phone calls, texts and emails for two companies at the site
• Provide top-notch service and follow through on every inquiry
• Complete frame ordering, data entry, and customer follow up
• Use computer efficiently and help with order/job lookup

• Strong communication skills (phone, email, text)
• Detail-oriented multitasker
• Comfortable in high call volume atmosphere
• Efficient with computers;
  Excel skills a plus!
• Customer service and/or optical experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
