Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 annual salary, based on experience and qualifications.

As a Speech‑Language Pathologist with Anthro Med, you’ll join a collaborative team that values clinical support, professional growth, and meaningful impact throughout the school year.
We are looking for a Speech‑Language Pathologist to join our team for the school year. This role will support three buildings within one of our district partnerships and offers strong team collaboration along with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ lives. While the schools range from PreK through 12th grade, the caseload is primarily made up of preschool and elementary‑aged students with a wide range of abilities, including some AAC users.
The district is eager to begin interviewing and identify the right fit as soon as possible.
- Provide full‑time speech and language therapy services, Monday‑Friday.
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence‑based interventions to address speech and language developmental needs.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, interpreters, and other related service providers to support students’ communication skills across both classroom and individual settings.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.
- Utilize IEP system for management and compliance.
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities.
- Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning.
- Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology (or in the process of completing).
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Michigan (LARA).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology (CCC‑SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain CCC‑SLP.
