- Assist with full-cycle payroll processing in a manufacturing environment
, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations - Serve as the primary support to the Payroll Supervisor
, assisting with daily payroll operations, audits, reconciliations, and special payroll projects - Support Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including invoice processing
, vendor payments
, expense verification
, and payment reconciliation - Maintain payroll records and documentation in accordance with internal controls
, and company policies
- Hands-on experience with ADP Payroll Systems (Workforce Now)
- Experience with full-cycle payroll
, including timekeeping
, wage calculations
, tax with holdings
, and payroll reporting - Prior payroll experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or high-volume environment preferred
- Working knowledge of Accounts Payable
, invoice processing
, and vendor management - Strong understanding of payroll compliance
, labor laws
, and confidential data handling - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
, HRIS systems
, and financial software - High attention to detail, strong organizational skills
, and ability to meet strict payroll deadlines
