Description
- Administrative and accounting work assisting with the coordination of the accounts payable activities for the agency.
- Enter data into the agency’s computer system and compiling invoices for approval.
- Enter accounts payable invoices for future payments.
- Ability to meet established deadlines and reporting requirements.
- Compliance with established financial policies and procedures.
- Ability to interact effectively with co-workers and department directors.

RequirementsQualifications/Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited four-year high school with additional course work in bookkeeping, accounting or related field;
- Some experience preferred in governmental and/or non-profit accounting;
- Some knowledge and expertise in computerized accounting applications;
- Good organizational, interpersonal, and decision-making skills;
- Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
