Senior Manager, OTC

• Lead critical OTC projects from planning through completion
• Coordinate teams to deliver project outcomes
• Drive process improvements supporting efficiency, accuracy, and standardization
• Lead OTC projects to improve processes, efficiency, and customer experience
• Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications
• Deliver OTC process standardization initiatives
• Deliver strategic OTC transformation projects from planning through implementation
• Report to the Director, Corp OTC
• Support Hilton's Finance Team across financial performance, accounting, tax, forecasting, risk management, and asset management activities

• Three (3) years of work experience in an Accounting-based project role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or experience in lieu thereof
• Strong knowledge of the Oracle People Soft ERP system
• Significant hotel industry experience as it pertains to Accounting and Finance
• Five (5) years of accounting or financial reporting experience is useful

Demonstrates expertise in leading OTC projects, managing timelines, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience. Proficient in financial performance management and familiar with the Oracle People Soft ERP system within the hotel industry.
