Coordinator, OTC Helpdesk

• Manage incoming Help Desk calls, emails, and voicemails
• Resolve accounts receivable and transient guest disputes
• Post payments from Group Catering and Event Sales clients in the advance deposit database
• Process guest refunds
• Support collections activities
• Research Accounts Receivable or guest disputes and compile supporting documentation
• Engage hotel teams to identify issues, resolve disputes, and obtain client information
• Collaborate with hotel teams to gather information, resolve discrepancies, and support dispute resolution
• Partner with the Team Lead and team members to review and process required adjustments
• Work with finance and corporate teams to ensure accurate account resolution

• Two (2) years of work experience in a corporate environment
• Knowledge of business mathematics, including calculating percentage changes and weighted averages
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, including manipulating spreadsheets (useful)
• Call Center experience (useful)
• Hospitality background (useful)

Demonstrates expertise in managing accounts receivable, resolving disputes, and collaborating with teams to ensure accurate financial processes. Proficient in business mathematics and basic Microsoft Excel for effective data manipulation.
