OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES- Handle client service issues in a timely manner, including eligibility updates (additions, changes, terminations, requests, etc.)
- Assist with the benefits quoting process for small groups (under 50 employees), including requesting quotes, submitting initial and follow-up documentation, and completing spreadsheets
- Complete benchmarks and request carrier claims and utilization reports as needed by Brokers and Account Management staff
- Compile renewal presentation booklets, prepare client communications, and process client activities and documents in Brokerage Builder (agency software)
- Scan paper documents into electronic client files and perform other administrative support duties as assigned
- High School diploma required (college-level coursework preferred); licensure not required
- 2–4 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in Benefits Administration or Human Resources
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills with the ability to meet deadlines and work independently as a self-starter
- Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills; highly detail-oriented and able to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling PHI and sensitive information
This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $50K to $65K per year.
