Admin Assistant-Client Relations

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Administrative Assistant to support the Customer Relations Manager at a well-established Security Company located in East Memphis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment, enjoys client interaction, and has strong organizational and communication skills. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term placement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support to the Customer Relations Manager

• Handle inbound and outbound client communications via phone and email

• Update, maintain, and track customer contracts and service agreements

• Assist with contract revisions, renewals, and documentation accuracy

• Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems

• Enter and update customer information in internal systems

• Coordinate correspondence, reports, and internal documentation

• Support customer inquiries and route issues appropriately

• Assist with scheduling, data entry, and other clerical duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative or client relations experience highly preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable communicating with clients in a professional manner

• Experience working with contracts, documentation, or customer records preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment
