Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Memphis, TN, for a Business Office Coordinator. The responsibilities include ensuring smooth daily operations of the office, overseeing administrative processes, managing financial records and accounts, coordinating business needs such as insurance and vendor relationships, and providing training to staff as necessary. The Business Office Coordinator will act as a key point of contact for communication within the organization and with external partners.
Qualifications- Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and vendors.
- Proficiency in Accounting and financial record management.
- Experience in Office Administration to ensure organization and efficiency in daily operations.
- Knowledge of managing and coordinating Insurance processes.
- Ability to conduct and facilitate staff Training and skill development programs.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Proficient in office software and technology tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field is preferred.
