Registrar Clerk - Concorde Career Colleges
Responsible for providing student records and administrative support for the Registrar. The role requires interacting with staff, students, and external parties regarding student records content. The Registrar Clerk will be responsible for adhering to campus Academic compliance and maintaining procedures, records, and process integrity. - Student Records Management:
Assist in maintaining student files and records, ensuring their accuracy and security. Tasks include scanning documents, data entry, and document preparation. Responsibilities include timely processing of month‑end documentation, start date/scheduling, diploma/transcript processing, testing center duties, incoming calls, attendance verifications, and Course Key support. - Exception Resolution:
Reconcile exceptions and investigate / resolve records in the Student Management System. Document exceptions and ensure policies are adhered to. - Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate professionalism toward staff, students, and external parties, upholding core values.
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate degree strongly preferred. - Proficiency in data entry and strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience with Campus Nexus is a plus.
