Job Description
I have a client seeking a candidate with Accounts Payable background and strong administrative skills. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, serving as a liaison for multiple departments within the company. Strong communication skills are essential, as this role involves answering phones and submitting work orders for facility-related issues.
- Processing invoices in Service Now
- Managing utility bills in Excel, requiring knowledge of spreadsheets and formulas
- Entering numerous requisitions for supplies related to facility and maintenance needs
- High-volume invoicing for data entry to the Accounts Payable department
Training will be provided.
Greater Memphis area 100% on site M-F 8‑5. Contract to permanent.
