SummaryAssists the Accounts Payable team member with daily operations.
Requirements- Must be able to pass an extensive background check and drug screening requirements.
- Provides support for clerical, accounting, and bookkeeping functions
- Audit invoices for payment
- Perform daily check mailout
- Assists in month-end reporting procedures
- Tracks and audits petty cash and assists employees with expense reports
- Assist with Customer Service Desk
- Receive and distribute mail
- Performs filing and general administrative tasks and liaison to other departments
- Provides support in payroll processing, such as collecting, confirming, and processing timesheets, overtime, writing checks, and tracking vacation and sick time
